These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Win939 ("Win939", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Win939 platform, website located at https://win939.cam, and all related services, content and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, registering on or using the Win939 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Win939 is an informational and entertainment platform. All content, odds information, game descriptions and betting guides are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment or legal advice.

To register for and use a Win939 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable operator licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform. Win939 enforces strict age verification. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
The Platform is not intended for use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. Win939 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

To register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable for Pakistani users, your CNIC number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

You must never submit altered, cropped, obscured or falsified documents. Documents should only be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify Win939 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. Win939 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
The Win939 Platform is provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of eligible registered Users. Any commercial exploitation, resale or systematic extraction of Platform content is expressly prohibited.
Win939 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs or circumstances beyond Win939's reasonable control. Win939 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Odds, game return-to-player (RTP) percentages and other statistical information displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. Illustrative figures are clearly labelled as such. Actual odds and RTP values are determined by the applicable game or sportsbook provider and may differ.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are referenced on the Platform, these are for illustrative purposes or as operator-published thresholds. Actual account currency, minimum deposits, minimum withdrawals and transaction limits are determined by the operator's published terms applicable to your account at the time of the relevant transaction.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Win939 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out in the operator's published payment terms and may vary by method.
References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on the Win939 Platform are made solely as familiar Pakistani payment context. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with Win939 or with gambling activities. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to the operator's current offering and applicable compliance requirements.
Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and AML compliance review. Processing times depend on the operator, your selected withdrawal method and your verification status. Win939 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Where a withdrawal request is under review, Win939 may request additional verification documentation.
Win939 operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawal processing pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets and free spins are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
Win939 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably believes a User has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.
Where Win939 operates a refer-a-friend programme or similar incentive scheme, eligibility criteria, reward amounts and payment timelines are published in the applicable programme terms. Participants must comply with all applicable terms. Rewards will not be granted where a referral involves the same individual creating multiple accounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Win939 Platform:
Win939 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account and forfeit associated funds where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected or confirmed, without prior notice where circumstances require.
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, software and other materials on the Win939 Platform are the intellectual property of Win939 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of Win939.
Win939 grants each registered User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content.
Win939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We take our duty of care to Users seriously and provide a range of tools and resources to support responsible play.

Win939 enforces strict age verification to prevent access by persons under the minimum permitted age. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed, all funds returned where legally required, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform — temporarily or permanently — may request self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting the support team. Win939 will process all self-exclusion requests promptly. During a self-exclusion period, Win939 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded User from accessing their Account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win939 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Win939 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Win939's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Win939's liability for personal injury or death caused by Win939's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Win939 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time without prior notice where Win939 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, pending investigation, or where required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or AML obligations.
Win939 may terminate your Account and these Terms with immediate effect upon written notice (which may be delivered by email to your registered address) where you have materially breached these Terms or where continued operation of your Account would contravene applicable law.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Win939 support. Following Account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with the applicable withdrawal process, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.
Win939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Win939 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Users via email or account notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's published licensing information.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact Win939 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Win939 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly through its published complaints handling process.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Users may have the right to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in the applicable operator's licence terms. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
